PureGRAPH® 50 Graphene

PureGRAPH® 50 – Graphene Nanoplatelets for Extreme Structural Reinforcement and Heavy Engineering

The line PureGRAPH® First Graphene represents a new generation of graphene nanoplatelets developed for demanding industrial applications. Produced by a proprietary single-step process, PureGRAPH® nanoplatelets combine Large lateral size, low defect level, and controlled surface functionalization., delivering superior performance with excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.

Available in six rigorously controlled platelet sizes5, 7, 10, 20, 50 and 70 µm (D50) — PureGRAPH® allows you to select the ideal graphene according to the desired property, whether electrical and thermal conductivity, mechanical reinforcement, barrier, anti-corrosion or durability.

THE PureGRAPH® 50 It is graphene in nanoplatelets. large size (D50 ≈ 50 µm) developed for industrial applications that require Maximum mechanical reinforcement, superior structural integrity, and long-term stability..
With large platelets, a high aspect ratio, and an extremely well-preserved structure, PureGRAPH® 50 is ideal for:

  • High-performance concrete (HPC/UHPC),
  • Structural precast elements,
  • Massive epoxy parts,
  • Thick composites,
  • Large-scale civil and industrial engineering.

Its performance is widely recognized in real-world applications, offering significant gains in strength, durability, and mechanical performance, even at very low dosages.

Why choose PureGRAPH® 50 Graphene?

✔️Much superior structural reinforcement

Large platelets create efficient load transfer pathways, resulting in highly significant gains in structural strength.
✔️Ideal for thick parts and solid composites
The greater the thickness of the matrix, the more efficient the use of PureGRAPH® 50.
✔️Extreme reduction of microcracking
The geometry of the platelets reduces the occurrence of micro-defects during curing, vibration, or thermal cycling.
✔️Dramatic increase in durability
Essential for structures exposed to abrasion, corrosion, freezing, and aggressive chemical agents.
✔️High yield with low dosage
In many cases, concentrations of 0.02% to 0.1% completely transform the material's performance.
✔️Guaranteed industrial consistency
Controlled production and batch-to-batch repeatability.
