PureGRAPH® 20 Graphene

Graphene PureGRAPH® 20 uses larger platelets (~20 µm), providing superior structural reinforcement, increased rigidity, and significant improvement in mechanical and thermal properties.
It is widely adopted in Reinforced concrete, technical mortars, structural epoxy resins, large-scale composites and industrial coatings., where platelet integrity contributes directly to resistance, durability, crack control and reduced permeability.

PureGRAPH® 20 – Industrial Graphene for Advanced Concretes, Technical Mortars and Structural Composites

The line PureGRAPH® First Graphene represents a new generation of graphene nanoplatelets developed for demanding industrial applications. Produced by a proprietary single-step process, PureGRAPH® nanoplatelets combine Large lateral size, low defect level, and controlled surface functionalization., delivering superior performance with excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.

Available in six rigorously controlled platelet sizes5, 7, 10, 20, 50 and 70 µm (D50) — PureGRAPH® allows you to select the ideal graphene according to the desired property, whether electrical and thermal conductivity, mechanical reinforcement, barrier, anti-corrosion or durability.

THE PureGRAPH® 20 It is graphene in nanoplatelets with average size (D50) of 20 µm, specially developed for heavy engineering applications, civil construction, structural composites and high-performance resins.
This is one of the most internationally recognized degrees for its effectiveness in:

  • mechanical reinforcement,
  • increased durability,
  • reduction of permeability,
  • Significant improvement in structural integrity.

Independent tests on mortars and concretes show impressive results:

  • +34% compressive strength,
  • +27% tensile/flexural strength,
  • reduction of microcracks,
  • longer lifespan in harsh environments.,
  • Potential reduction in cement use, contributing to lower CO₂ emissions.

If there is a grade in the PureGRAPH® line created for real engineering, and the PureGRAPH® 20.

How to work with PureGRAPH® 20

“"PureGRAPH® 20 graphene can be dispersed in water, resins, or mixed directly into cementitious powders.".
For concrete, it is recommended to start with dosages between 0.02% and 0.1% by mass of cement, adjusting according to the response.
For structural epoxies, use between 0.1% and 1.0% depending on the type of reinforcement desired.”
