Due to the technical, specific, and tailor-made nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns. Our products are developed on demand and shipped with technical characterization reports, ensuring complete conformity and quality of the supplied material.

  • Compliance Guarantee: All products undergo rigorous quality control, including detailed technical characterization, which eliminates the possibility of manufacturing defects.

  • Legal Protection: According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), personalized and custom-made products do not fall under the rule of return due to buyer's remorse (Art. 49), especially in B2B (Business to Business) commercial transactions.

  • Compliance Guarantee: All products undergo rigorous quality control, including detailed technical characterization, which eliminates the possibility of manufacturing defects.

  • Customized Products: Since the products are custom-made to meet individual technical specifications, the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49 of Law No. 8.078/1990) does not apply.

Acceptance of SuperGrafeno's Terms

By making a purchase on the SuperGrafeno website and accepting the terms and conditions of sale, the customer declares that they are aware of and fully agree to this exchange and return policy. The customer is entirely responsible for choosing the product that best suits their needs and for its correct use.

  • Commitment to Quality: We recommend that product selection be based on a detailed technical analysis and, whenever necessary, with the support of our technical team.

Automatic Acceptance: Upon completing the purchase, the customer assumes responsibility for the proper use of the product, considering its characteristics, technical specifications provided, and safety data sheet (SDS).

Customer Responsibility

SuperGrafeno is not responsible for any damages, losses, or problems arising from the improper use of the products or their application outside of the specifications provided. It is essential that the products be handled by qualified professionals, respecting the available technical guidelines and safety data sheet (SDS).

  • Application Security: Improper use may compromise expected results and even create risks for the user and third parties.

  • Technical Guidance: SuperGrafeno offers in its portfolio a consulting service guided on choosing the most suitable type of graphene; therefore, our team is available to guide clients in selecting the correct product and provide additional information whenever necessary.

Exceptions and Special Situations

Although we do not offer exchanges or returns, there are some exceptional situations in which SuperGrafeno will analyze each case individually to ensure a fair and transparent solution.

  • Error in Sending: If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, they must contact our team within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, sending photos and detailed descriptions of the product received.

  • Analysis and Resolution: Our team will conduct a detailed assessment and, if the error is confirmed, we will take the necessary steps to correct the problem, including sending the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Standards and Regulations: Any corrective action will follow the guidelines of applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002) and other relevant regulations.

  • Application Security: Improper use may compromise expected results and even create risks for the user and third parties.

  • Technical Guidance: SuperGrafeno offers in its portfolio a consulting service guided on choosing the most suitable type of graphene; therefore, our team is available to guide clients in selecting the correct product and provide additional information whenever necessary.

Refunds and Specific Conditions

We do not offer refunds for orders cancelled after acceptance of the terms and conditions at the time of order completion.

  • Reimbursement Cases: Only in proven cases of error on SuperGrafeno's part (e.g., incorrect shipment) can a refund be considered, following an individual case analysis.

  • Refund Period: If applicable, the refund will be processed within 30 business days, according to the payment method used for the purchase.

  • Legal Basis: Any refund, if due, will follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code and current tax and fiscal laws.
