PureGRAPH® 7 – Graphene Nanoplatelets for Elastomers, Technical Coatings and Versatile Composites
The line PureGRAPH® First Graphene represents a new generation of graphene nanoplatelets developed for demanding industrial applications. Produced by a proprietary single-step process, PureGRAPH® nanoplatelets combine Large lateral size, low defect level, and controlled surface functionalization., delivering superior performance with excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.
Available in six rigorously controlled platelet sizes — 5, 7, 10, 20, 50 and 70 µm (D50) — PureGRAPH® allows you to select the ideal graphene according to the desired property, whether electrical and thermal conductivity, mechanical reinforcement, barrier, anti-corrosion or durability.
THE PureGRAPH® 7 It is graphene in nanoplatelets with average size (D50) of ~7 µm, developed for applications that require The perfect balance between fine dispersion, mechanical reinforcement, and industrial processability..
It is the most versatile grade in the PureGRAPH® line, ideal for:
- Rubbers and elastomers,
- Anti-corrosion and waterproofing coatings,
- Technical sealants and adhesives,
- Flexible and hybrid composites,
- Formulations where durability and flexibility are essential..
With uniform platelets, low defect density, and preserved crystal structure, the PureGRAPH® 7 It excels in applications that require mechanical strength, chemical stability, and flexibility simultaneously.
