PureGRAPH® 5 Graphene

PureGRAPH® 5 – Ultra-thin graphene nanoplatelets for maximum dispersion and performance.

The line PureGRAPH® First Graphene represents a new generation of graphene nanoplatelets developed for demanding industrial applications. Produced by a proprietary single-step process, PureGRAPH® nanoplatelets combine Large lateral size, low defect level, and controlled surface functionalization., delivering superior performance with excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.

Available in six rigorously controlled platelet sizes5, 7, 10, 20, 50 and 70 µm (D50) — PureGRAPH® allows you to select the ideal graphene according to the desired property, whether electrical and thermal conductivity, mechanical reinforcement, barrier, anti-corrosion or durability.

THE PureGRAPH® 5 It is graphene in the form of ultra-thin nanoplatelets, with average size (D50) of 5 µm and low apparent density, designed for applications requiring perfect dispersion, high conductivity and a high-level technical finish.
Thanks to the controlled industrial process of the PureGRAPH® line, Grade 5 offers extremely high purity, low defect levels, and batch-to-batch consistency, making it the ideal choice for paints, coatings, epoxy resins, conductive inks, electronics, and energy.

How to work with PureGRAPH® 5 Graphene

“PureGRAPH® 5 can be dispersed in organic solvents, water, or directly into resins using high-energy mechanical stirring, ultrasound, or high-shear mills.
The choice of method depends on the viscosity of the matrix and the desired filler level.
For industrial applications, we recommend testing typical concentrations between 0.05% and 1.0% by weight, adjusting according to the performance response and rheological profile of the formulation.”
